Geese in progress
Geese in progress

Prismacolor pencil on thinly shaved Japanese pine (pair of geese) and prismacolor on paper (single goose.)

A word about technique on the single goose:

Spray fixative dripped and pulled pigment down creating the blue shadow. It was an accident that I came to love and have been replicating on other pieces.

I'd like to think Bob Ross would've called it a "happy little accident."
